Stickers and labels are the highest-repeat-order product in the branded packaging category. They run out faster than any other item, they go on everything, and they are one of the lowest-cost-per-unit branded items a small brand can produce. Here is what to know before you order.
Product types we source
Stickers
Die-cut stickers — cut to the exact outline of the artwork, with no background border. A circular sticker is cut as a circle; a logo sticker is cut to the logo's exact silhouette. The most refined and professional sticker format.
Kiss-cut stickers — cut through the face material but not the backing sheet, leaving the sticker easy to peel and placed on a larger backing card. Standard for sticker sheet sets, individual packaged stickers, and sticker packs.
Sticker sheets — multiple designs printed on a single sheet, kiss-cut for easy removal. Used as an insert in subscription boxes, gifting kits, and brand stationery packs.
Roll stickers (labels on a roll) — stickers supplied on a continuous roll for use with a label dispenser or hand-applied at volume. Standard format for product labels applied during packing.
Vinyl stickers — printed on a durable waterproof vinyl substrate. Suitable for outdoor use, water-contact surfaces, and any application requiring long-term adhesion. Common as brand merchandise stickers.
Paper stickers — printed on standard or kraft paper face material. Suitable for indoor applications, box sealing, and product labeling where the sticker will not be exposed to moisture or abrasion.
Clear stickers (transparent film) — printed on a clear film substrate with no visible backing. Applied to glass, acrylic, or packaging surfaces for a clean, no-label-look effect. Popular on glass candle jars, serum bottles, and cosmetic containers.
Holographic stickers — printed on a holographic or prismatic film. Used as security seals, decorative brand elements, and limited-edition packaging accents.
Embossed / foil sticker labels — a label with a metallic foil or embossed element. Used as a seal, a brand stamp, or a premium label on gift products.
Product Labels (functional)
Printed paper labels — the standard format for product labeling on jars, bottles, pouches, and cans. Coated or uncoated paper, full-color print, in roll or sheet format.
BOPP (polypropylene) labels — a waterproof, tear-resistant, glossy or matte film label. The industry standard for food, beverage, cosmetics, and cleaning products — anything exposed to moisture, condensation, or handling.
Kraft paper labels — an uncoated brown paper label for artisan, natural, and food brands. Excellent for printing with a single-color or minimal design.
Removable adhesive labels — a label that peels cleanly from a surface without leaving residue. Used for pricing labels, promotional overlays, and temporary branding applications.
Waterproof labels — specific adhesive and face material combinations rated for water immersion. Critical for bath and body products, candles, and any product stored near water.
Freezer-grade labels — adhesive formulations rated for refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Required for food brands with cold-storage products.
Tamper-evident seals — a label designed to visibly break or void when removed. Used on food, supplement, and cosmetic products where seal integrity is a product trust signal.
Finishes and special effects
Matte laminate — the most popular label finish; flat, sophisticated, and excellent for high-contrast color print
Gloss laminate — bright, vivid, moisture-resistant
Soft-touch (velvet) laminate — a tactile premium finish; popular with beauty and skincare brands
Spot UV — gloss varnish over specific design elements on a matte base; creates contrast and emphasizes brand marks
Gold or silver foil — a premium metallic element pressed or printed onto the label; elevates perceived product value significantly
Embossed / debossed — raised or recessed elements on the label surface; available on select thicker substrates
On a retail shelf, your product label is competing for attention in a space of perhaps 30 centimeters. It has approximately two seconds to communicate what the product is, why it is worth picking up, and whether it belongs in a customer's life. A generic label loses that competition. A well-designed, well-printed label wins it.
Stickers, separately, are one of the most under-utilized brand touchpoints available to small brands. A brand sticker included in every order is opened, looked at, kept, and often displayed — on a laptop, a water bottle, a notebook. Every display is a brand impression that costs you fractions of a cent per sticker at any meaningful quantity.

No. We are sourcing specialists, not a factory. This is actually an advantage for you — because we work with multiple manufacturers across India and China, we can match your specific project to the supplier best suited to your materials, format, quantities, and timeline. You get access to a wider range of capabilities than any single factory could offer.
We currently serve retail brands in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
We work with micro and small retail brands across a wide range of product categories, including skincare and beauty, jewelry and accessories, specialty food and artisan beverages, candles and home fragrance, apparel and lifestyle, and subscription box businesses. If you sell a physical product and care about how it's presented, we can likely help you.
Sourcing overseas manufacturers on your own requires significant time, supplier vetting experience, language navigation, and quality oversight that most small brand founders simply don't have the bandwidth for. We already have established relationships with reliable factories, know how to read and negotiate quotes, and manage the production process so you don't have to. You focus on your brand — we handle the sourcing.
