A box seems simple. In practice, it involves more decisions than most first-time buyers expect — and the right choices upfront are what separate packaging that elevates your product from packaging that just holds it.
Box types we source
Rigid gift boxes — four-piece or two-piece construction with a lift-off or hinged lid. No folding, no assembly required. The premium choice for jewelry, cosmetics, candles, and gift products. Often finished with soft-touch lamination, foil stamping, or a fabric-wrapped exterior.
Magnetic closure rigid boxes — rigid construction with embedded magnets in the lid and base for a satisfying, premium close. Ideal for brands whose packaging is part of the product's perceived value.
Folding cartons — flat-packed, assembled at your end or by the manufacturer. The most cost-efficient option for mid-range packaging at volume. Widely used in beauty, food, supplements, and personal care.
Tuck-end cartons — the standard retail carton format with top and bottom tuck-in flaps. Versatile, lightweight, and available in a wide range of board weights and finishes.
Windowed boxes — die-cut window panels (covered with a clear PET or acetate sheet) that allow your product to be seen without opening the box. Popular for confectionery, candles, soap, and cosmetics.
Drawer boxes — a sliding inner tray within an outer sleeve. A sleek mid-tier format popular with jewelry, accessories, and skincare brands.
Gable boxes — a carry-handle top with a triangular gable construction. Common in gifting, bakery, and event product packaging.
Neck boxes — a two-part construction with a collar that sits at the neck of the lid, creating a luxury reveal. Popular with premium beauty and fragrance brands.
Materials and board weights
The structural integrity and print quality of your box depends on the substrate (the board material) and its weight (measured in grams per square meter, or GSM). We source across a full range:
SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate) board — bright white, excellent for vivid color printing, the standard for premium folding cartons
Greyboard / chipboard — the rigid inner layer of rigid gift boxes; heavier and stiffer than folding carton board
Kraft board — unbleached, brown, and widely used for artisan, natural, and eco-positioned brands
Corrugated board — single or double-walled, used where structural protection is a priority (e.g. subscription outer boxes, fragile product shipping cartons)
FSC-certified options — available across most board types for brands with sustainability commitments
Print and finish options
This is where your brand identity comes to life on the physical product:
Printing methods: Offset (CMYK + Pantone spot colors) for large runs; UV digital for smaller, faster runs
Lamination: Matte, gloss, soft-touch (velvet feel), or anti-scuff
Foil stamping: Gold, silver, rose gold, holographic, and custom Pantone foil options
Embossing / debossing: Raised or recessed texture on logo or design elements
Spot UV: Glossy varnish applied to specific areas over a matte base — creates high contrast and a premium feel
Full bleed printing: Edge-to-edge color and imagery on all panels
Getting your dimensions right
Box dimensions are specified as internal measurements (the space your product sits inside) — not external. Always measure your product's height, width, and depth, and add clearance for any inserts or tissue paper inside. If you're unsure, share your product dimensions with us and we'll advise on appropriate internal and external dimensions before artwork begins.
Your packaging is photographed, unboxed on video, gifted, displayed on shelves, and shared on social media. A generic brown box says nothing about your brand. A custom-printed box with your colors, your logo, and your finish says everything — before the product inside is even seen.
For small brands competing against larger players, packaging is one of the most cost-accessible ways to signal premium quality. A well-designed rigid box or printed carton dramatically raises perceived product value, supports premium pricing, and turns first-time buyers into repeat customers who recognize your brand the moment it lands on their doorstep.

No. We are sourcing specialists, not a factory. This is actually an advantage for you — because we work with multiple manufacturers across India and China, we can match your specific project to the supplier best suited to your materials, format, quantities, and timeline. You get access to a wider range of capabilities than any single factory could offer.
We currently serve retail brands in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
We work with micro and small retail brands across a wide range of product categories, including skincare and beauty, jewelry and accessories, specialty food and artisan beverages, candles and home fragrance, apparel and lifestyle, and subscription box businesses. If you sell a physical product and care about how it's presented, we can likely help you.
Sourcing overseas manufacturers on your own requires significant time, supplier vetting experience, language navigation, and quality oversight that most small brand founders simply don't have the bandwidth for. We already have established relationships with reliable factories, know how to read and negotiate quotes, and manage the production process so you don't have to. You focus on your brand — we handle the sourcing.
